Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate fabrics, trims, and materials to ensure design integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing fashion design work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Understanding of garment construction and fabric properties.

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer to help bring Ryze’s visual identity to life across platforms. Your designs will help tell our brand’s story, through marketing campaigns, social media graphics, website visuals, packaging, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create design assets for digital platforms (social media, website banners, email campaigns).
- Support packaging and print designs that align with brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand creative needs.
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Edit and enhance photos and graphics as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio with digital and print design work.
- Attention to detail and excellent visual communication skills.

- Provide solutions to order, delivery, returns, and product questions.
- Maintain customer service records and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to resolve issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in customer service roles preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems.
- Ability to work weekends or peak sales periods.
